By accessing and using MyCall.Coach service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
MyCall.Coach provides AI-powered analysis of phone call and meeting transcripts to help improve communication and leadership skills. Our service analyzes your transcripts and provides personalized feedback, coaching, and insights.
3. User Consent and Legal Responsibility
By uploading any phone call or meeting transcript to our service, you acknowledge and confirm that:
- You have obtained explicit consent from all participants in the recorded conversation for both recording and AI analysis
- You comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding call recording and consent in your jurisdiction
- All participants are aware their conversation will be processed by artificial intelligence for coaching and analysis purposes
- You have the legal right and authority to share and analyze the transcript content
- You assume full legal responsibility for any violations of privacy or consent laws
MyCall.Coach is not responsible for your compliance with recording consent laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure proper consent has been obtained before uploading any transcript content.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Usage Limits and Plans
Different service plans have different usage limits. Free accounts are limited to a specific number of analyses per month. Paid plans may have higher or unlimited usage depending on the subscription tier.
6. Content and Data
You retain ownership of all content you submit to our service. By uploading phone call or meeting transcripts, you grant us the right to process and analyze this content to provide our service. We do not share your content with third parties except as necessary to provide our service (such as processing by our AI partners).
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to upload content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not upload transcripts without proper consent from all participants.
8. Payment and Billing
Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
MyCall.Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. We are not liable for any legal consequences resulting from your failure to obtain proper consent for recording or analyzing conversations.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MyCall.Coach harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, including but not limited to violations of recording consent laws or privacy regulations.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated consent or privacy laws.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service.
